We developed a 5-die machine for slipless single-capstan drawing in the range of 15 - 35 % wire elongation using 250 mm capstans.

- finished wire range Ø 0.7 - 1.4 mm
- speed max. 15 m/s

The drawing process (using water-cooled 15 kW geared motors) is effected in fully submerged state; the complete drawing area is made of stainless steel for the use of emulsion.

The plant is completed by a dancer-regulated tailstock spindle spooler (integrated dancer unit) and a driven, dancer-regulated tailstock spindle wire pay-off (dancer unit with wire accumulator separately). Moreover, you can also integrate a continuous annealer. This is a continuous inductive/conductive annealer with contactless energy transfer of the company NBM Niehoff-Bühler whom we are closely cooperating with.

The wire traverse unit is also a characteristic feature. It includes an automatic traversing width correction assuring  perfect traversing quality.
